GARAGE PROPRIETOR PETROL SELLING BREACHES (Special to Times) TAUPO, Saturday A garage proprietor, Stanley Guy Morton, of Turangi, was charged before Mr J. Miller, S.M., with four breaches of the oil fuel regulations. Detective White, of Hamilton, who prosecuted, said Morton had deliberately confused his records by causing unauthorised entries to be made in them. Morton, who pleaded not guilty, was fined a total of £64 16s Bd. He was also charged with operating two unlicensed taxis, for which he was fined £ll. Cyril Leslie Dimock, of Turangi, was fined £5 and £2 4s 9d costs for a breach of the oil fuel regulations. Henry Stafford, of Tokaany, was fined £5 and 14s costs for a similar offence.
