CAMPAIGN IN CANADA SAVINGS FOR WAR (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) OTTAWA, Sept. 22 The Government has announced a national "Smash Hitler" campaign, sponsored by the Federal War Savings Committee.
