Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 21 It is officially stated from Vichy that German exports have been granted most-favoured-nation treatment by France and the French Empire. A message from Jibouti says the Franco-Italian Armistice Commission has announced a barter programme under which French Somaliland is providing food for Abyssinia.
The German High Command claims that three U-boats sank 14 steamers, totalling 80,000 tons.
