SPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist: The special forecast by tile Government Meteorologist, covering tne Waikato-Thames Valley is as follows: — General situation: An anticyclone is centred north-east or Hew Zealand. One depression is passing In the south and another is located in the central Tasman. Forecast: Moderate to fresh north-easterly winds; weather fair and mild, but scattered rain developing late to-morrow about the King Country; seas slight to moderate but rising on the west coast.
