PREMATURE EXPLOSION
WAIPORI TUNNEL ACCIDENT (By Telegraph.— T»re«s Association) DUNEDIN, Saturday As the result of a premature explosion at the new tunnel at Waipori, two workmen, Mr Edward Fitzgerald and Mr Victor O'Brien, were sent to hospital with burns. Mr David Aitken, of Waipori Falls, suffered a fracture of the leg when he was crushed between trucks.
