INTOXICATED MOTORIST (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DARGAVILLE, Monday In the Magistrate’s Court this morning John Fenton, married, aged 23 years, was charged before Messrs B. Berry and F. A. Jones, J’s. P., with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car in DargaviUe on Friday. He was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment and his license was cancelled for the balance of the current year.
