“SPECIAL DELIVERY”
FRED ASTAIRE’S NEW FILM ORIGINAL STORY IDEA Fred Astaire, the screen’s No. 1 dancing star, has been acquired for a special production entitled “Special Delivery.” It will be one of the company's most costly films for the 1940-41 season. Several writers are at work on the script, which will be based on an original story idea said to be both unique and sensational. Supporting cast and other details of production are as yet undetermined. The dance king at present is starring in “Second Chorus.
