Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 20 Discussions in Rome yesterday between the German Foreign Minister, von Ribbentrop, and Mussolini lasted i for two hours. j The official communique issued j after the discussions gave no hint as j to what they were about, but stated that they were cordial. The talks were also attended by the Italian Foreign Minister, Ciano, and ■ by the German Ambassador in Rome ‘ and the Italian envoy in Berlin.
