Messrs T. H. Wiggs (Christchurch) J. W. Morton (Auckland) and G. L. Hutchinson (Wellington) are at the Hamilton Hotel.
Mr P. W. Maddock, of Wellington, New Zealand manager for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Films, was in Hamilton yesterday.
Mr R. McCay, of Hawera, secretary of the New Zealand Royal Show Society and secretary of the New Zealand Ayrshire Breeders’ Association 2 was a visitor to Hamilton today.
Mr R. MacDonald, of Waikuku, and Mr D. R. Ogilvy, of Koxton, have been appointed members of the flax plan industrial committee in place of Mr A. G. Long and Mr B. B. Wood, who have resigned.
Major E. H. Whiting has been attached to Army Headquarters, Wellington, for duty as publicity officer, and has ceased to be seconded to the central military district headquarters for similar duty. I
