SEPTEMBER 29 TO APRIL 27 (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday The official notification that summer time will begin in New Zealand at two o’clock on the morning of Sunday, September 29, and end at two o’clock on the morning of Sunday, April 27, 1941. is contained in a Gazette notice appearing tonight.
