SPECIAL FORECABT (By Government Meteorologist> The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Waikato-Thames Valley Is as follows: General situation: An anticyclone is centred to the north of New Zealand and an active depression is approaching across the South Tasman Sea. Forecast: Weather fair to cloudy and milder; seas slight but rising on the west coast.
