HAMILTON HIGH SCHOOL GATHERING NEXT SATURDAY t On Saturday old boys of the Ham- ! ilton High School will gather for | their annual reunion. Although this j year many of the former pupils will be absent with the forces, it is expected that the gathering, will be almost as large as usual. Already more than 100 old boys of the school are known to be serving overseas. The reunion will open with the annual general meeting at noon on Saturday. At 1.30 p.m. the annual hockey match between local old boys and visiting old boys will be played at the school grounds, and the football match between the old boys and the school first fifteen will be held at 2.30 p.m. at the school grounds. Between 1.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. there will be shooting on the school range. One of thf most important features of the re-union will be the annual dinner at the Hamilton Hotel at 6 p.m. At 8.15 the old boys will gather in the school assembly hall for the reunion dance, which is the highlight of the day. Old Boys in military uniform are invited, with their partners, to the dance as the guests of the association. It has been decided by the association that financial members on active service will be regarded as being financial during their period of service. Subscribing life members on active service are exempt from payment of contributions while in ! the forces. In order to make these j concessions possible and to enable the association to remain active, non-military members have been requested this year to make a point of becoming financial.
