OCTOBER 5, are invited from single men between the ages of 18 and 35 for service in the United Kingdom for the duration of the war in the following vacancies: SKILLED RADIO MECHANICS.— Applicants must possess a P.M.G. Certificate (Ist or 2nd class), or a Broadcast Operator’s or Amateur’s Certificate, or a Public Works Radio Serviceman’s Certificate. Enlistment will be in the rank of Leading Aircraftsman. Whilst in New Zealand, the salary will be £225 p.a., plus quarters and rations. From embarkation, R.A.F. rates of pay will commence. COMMISSIONED OFFICERS.— Applications will also be received from fnen with advanced radio experience and a University science degree or its equivalent. On transfer to the United Kingdom successful applicants will be appointed to the R.A.F. Technical Branch.
