Sept. 18, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 17 The Hanoi correspondent of the American Press says the Japanese Consul-General has warned Japanese nationals to prepare to leave Indochina if the French-Japanese relations after the conference on the question of the entry of Japanese troops into French territory. He added that ships are going to Haiphong to evacuate the Japanese. The French are prepared to continue negotiations, but are equally determined to reject the Japanese representations if they are in the form of an ultimatum.
