Copyright) (Received Sept. 18, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 17 The Speaker in the House of Commons issued the following report:— “The House went into secret session and a discussion took place on future sittings. The House decided to meet at regular intervals, but that the dates and times should not be specified.”
