WAIHI BEATS MORRINSVILLE (Special to Times) WAIHI, Saturday Morrinsville’s Rugby challenge for the Peace Cup against Waihi today failed. Waihi retained possession of the trophy by defeating the challengers by 18 points to 0. GAMES IN HAMILTON MORRIS CUP SEMI-FINAL In the semi-final of the Morris Cup interhouse Rugby competition in Hamilton on Saturday, State Advances defeated Railway by 14 points to 3. Next Saturday State Advances will meet Power Board in the final. Rotorua juniors beat Old Boys by 8 points to 6.
