Mrs Harold Baker, Hamilton, is on a visit to Thames. Mrs J. W. Chapman. Hamilton, was ; recently sworn in by Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., as a justice of the peace. 1 Mrs Lance Pearson has left for Wellington after spending a week in Hamilton with Mrs Roger Blunt. Mrs G. W. Head, Auckland, is visiting her daughter, Mrs C. W. Cross, Hamilton. Mrs Don Lowrie, Hamilton, leaves tonight for a holiday in Wellington, where she will be the guest of Mrs Maurice Goddard. Mrs Alan Sayers, Auckland, is visiting her mother, Mrs S. J. Jenkinson. Hamilton. Mrs J. Morrison, Blenheim, is the euest of Mrs A. F. Hulme, Cambridge. Mrs Gordon Luke has returned to Remuera after visiting Mrs J. Stewart. Miss Vivienne Cox, who has been in England for approximately two years, returned to Hamilton this morning. OKOROIRE Mrs W. Burkitt, Auckland, spent the week-end at Okoroire Springs. Mrs Boucher, Rotorua, is visiting her daughter-in-law, at Okoroire. Mrs Douglas Forbes leaves this week to spend a holiday in Morrinsville. Miss Valerie Higginson has returned to Auckland from a threeweeks’ holiday with her parents at Okoroire. Miss Joan Landman, Tirau, is spending a holiday in Auckland. Miss Williams, who has been the guest of Mrs S. Bellamy for the past two months, has left to reside in Auckland. Mrs Wells, Rotorua, is a visitor to Tirau Mrs T. Chandler, who has been visiting Mrs A. Campbell, at Matamata, returned to her home at Tirau this week.
