RAILWAY BRIDGE PRACTICE TEN OFFENDERS FINED The practice of riding bicycles on the Hamilton railway bridge footway had a sequel in the Magistrate's H liltoi to-day, when, be- j fore Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., ten j cyclists were fined for the offence. Edgar Biddick. who was charged I with riding a cycle not equipped j with a bell and a rear reflector, was ; fined 5s and costs on each count, and : for riding on the footway he was j fined 10s and costs. Fines of 10s , and costs for riding on the footway were imposed on Hugh Beaton, John I Edward Blacklaws, Keith Chilcott, j Philip Hodgson. Frank Allen Lloyd i Holder, George Richard Lucas, George Nicklin, Patrick Ryan and Sive Wright.
