Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 10 An army communique issued at Cairo states: “More than 150 civilians, including five Arab children, were killed when Italian aeroplanes raided Tel-aviv and the adjoining area, dropping bombs indiscriminately far from military objectives. Several houses were detsroyed, but fires were quickly controlled.” The Palestine wireless says it is believed that some Americans were killed in the raid on Tel-aviv. A later message states that 112 people were killed and 151 injured when enemy planes carried out an intensive raid on Tel-Aviv. The bombs fell in the residential district, demolishing several houses and starting fires.

A number of people were also killed or injured in an adjacent Arab village.
