Probate has also been granted in the estate of Captain Joseph Corbett Scott, aged 102 years. The value of the estate has been sworn at less than £25,000. Public bequests comprise £IOO to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland, £lO to the ! Pukekohe East Presbyterian Church, and £lO to the Pukekohe West Wesleyan Church.
