UNION AND PETROL

LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) WELLINGTON, Tuesday The following resolution, passed unanimously at a meeting of the Wellington Coach and Motor Body Workers’ Union, has been forwarded to the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser:— “That this meeting of coach workers views with alarm the loss of 75 per cent of our union members, which in our opinion is mainly caused by the recent oil fuel regulations, and that we implore you and the Government to increase the allocation of oil fuel immediately, which would be a boon to workers in this industry and also to the people of this country.”
