Copyright) (Received Sept. 10, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9 His Majesty sent a message to Mi Emil Davies, chairman of the London County Council, expressing the distress with which he had heard the news of the air raids on September 7. He added that the suffering of the people in London and elsewhere was much in his thoughts. Mr Davies, in acknowledging the message, assured His Majesty that the people remained constant in their loyalty and fortitude.
