BPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist) The special rorecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Vatkatu-Thameo Valley Is as follows: General situation: A low pressure trough is crossing central New Zealand, while an anticyclone extends from eastern Australia on to the Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate to fresh westerly winds; weather cloudy, with scattered rain; temperatures cooler; seas rather rough at times on the west coast, otherwise moderate.
