Saleyards Charge Dismissed A charge of exposing lice-infected sheep at the Frankton saleyards was brought against A. A. Riggir, farmer of Putaruru, before Mr S. L. Pater-’ son, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court, Hamilton yesterday. Defendant pleaded not guilty and said he dipped tne sheep before rending them away from his farm. Mr E. A. McKinley, stock inspector, who prosecuted, said’ the sheep were in a badly-infected condition. In reply to the magistrate the inspector said fee had no evidence, and the case was dismissed.
