MORE VIGOROUS PROSECUTION CONGRESS TO MEET (United Press Assn.—hlec. Tel Copyright) (Received Sept. 6, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 5 The Trade Union Congress will meet at Southport on October 7 to consider a report by the General Council on the activities of unions in aiding in the more vigorous prosecution of the war. The Russian tanker Moska has reached a Rumanian port from Batum with 9000 tons of oil for Germany.
