BPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist) The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Waikatu-Thames Valley Is as follows: General situation: A disturbance centred west or Taranaki lies between anil-cyclones to the east and west. Forecast: Moderate northerly winds, later backing to westerly; some scattered showers, but weather mainly Tair, with moderate temperatures; seas moderate.
