Unsettled weather is indicated to-day and to-morrow with mild temperatures, south-westerly winds prevailing, scattered showers. The Rainfall Rainfall ror 24 hours ended 9 o’clock this morning, .00in. Rainfall for previous 24 Hours, .0 2in. Rainrall Tor September to date .451 n. Average rainfall for September. 3.Skin. Rainfall for year to date 30.271 n. Average yearly rainfall, 46.32 inches. BPECIAL FORECAST (By Government Meteorologist) The special forecast by the Government Meteorologist, covering the Waikato-Thames Valley Is as Tollows: General situation: A disturbance is centred in the northeast Tasman Sea, but pressure otherwise Is high over a wide Forecast: Moderate to fresh winds rrom an easterly quarter. The weather will be cloudy to overcast with occasional rain or drizzle: moderate temperatures with seas moderate to rather rough.
