OCCUPATION OF TRANSYLVANIA TO BEGIN ON THURSDAY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sent. 3. 3.15 p.m.) BUDAPEST, Sept. 2 It is officially announced that Hungarian troops will begin the occupation of Transylvania on September 5, completing it on September 13. The schedule includes Cluj on September 11. The Rumanian army has already withdrawn from the Ruthenian frontier, which is the first area of occupation.
