BRITAIN AND THAILAND SATISFACTION IN LONDON FACTOR IN PEACE IN ASIA (Olßclal wireless) RUGBY, Sept. 1 A non-aggression pact between Thailand (Siam) and Britain was ratified at Bank ok today. The pact was signed last June. Its ratification has given the utmost satisfaction in London, where great importance is attached to the part which it is felt falls to England to play as a factor of stability in the element of peace in Southeastern Asia.
