NEW POSTMASTER-GENERAL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) WASHINGTON, August 31 President Roosevelt has appointed Mr Frank Walker, former treasurer of the National Democratic Committee, to succeed Mr J. A. Farley as Postmaster-General.
Mr Frank Comerford Walker, who was born in 1886, is a lawyer and corporation attorney with varied business interests.
