Copyright) CAIRO, August 31 The Egyptian Prime Minister, Hassan Sabry Pasha, announced that he is assuming the portfolios of Foreign Affairs and the Interior in addition to the Premiership. The Cabinet is to be rearranged but the party representation will be unchanged. * It is reported that the Cabinet will be more strongly pro-British than ever.
