NEW MEXICAN CONGRESS THREE PEASANTS WOUNDED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 2, 11 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, Sept. 1 Minor clashes, in which three peasants were wounded, marked the opening of the new Congress, where President Cardenas, in a farewell message, denounced political violence.
He announced that the expropriated oil properties will be paid ten yearly instalments, according to a recent official valuation.
