PERSONAL
The Hon. D. Wilson, associate Minister of National Service, arrived in Auckland today. He will go on to Whangarei, and on Monday will visit Paeroa to attend meetings of local body representatives in connection with the formation of the Home Guard. Mr W. S. Goosman, M.P. for Waikato, returned from Wellington this morning. Mr E. H. Lambert, of Whangarei, who has been visiting Hamilton, returned north this morning. Mr E. Kenny has arrived in Cambridge from Waverley and will take up his duties as manager of the Cambridge branch of the Bank of New South Wales. Messrs Thos. McWhirter (New Plymouth), G. Gibson (New Plymouth), W. H. Williams (Gisborne) and W. Marshall (Paeroa), are at the Hamilton Hotel. Dr. C. J. Rolls, who for the past three years has been dean of the Missionary ard Bible College, Croyden, New South Wales, is visiting Auckland.
