Copyright) (Received August 30, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, August 29 Nearly 200 German planes came over the south-east in waves this afternoon at a great height and penetrated inland, but fled without bombing when British fighters engaged them. The air raiders appeared over two Welsh towns in the afternoon. The London Transport Board has decided that buses should continue running during air raid warnings and halt only if there is imminent danger.
