MORATORIUM FOR DEBTS
NO GENERAL ORDER DECISION IN AUSTRALIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlg-nt) (Received August 29, 3.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 29 The Premier of Australia, Mr R. G. Menzies has announced that regulations would be gazetted within a few days providing easy access to the appropriate tribunals for people wishing to make applications for a moratorium in respect to debts and other financial obligations, arising out of the war. Mr Menzies said the Government was convinced that there was no justification for a provision of a general moratorium.
