Mr H. M. Rushworth, Auckland provincial president of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, has returned from a visit to the Islands.
Commander A. B. Fanshawe, A.D.C., R.N., has been reappointed second naval member of the New Zealand Naval Board in continuation, according to a Gazette notice.
Mr H. J. Geddes, M.Ag.Sc., formerly on the staff of the Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, has been appointed to the Garland Chair of Animal Husbandry at Sydney University.
