SERVICE IN GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS IN AUSTRALIA (United Frees Aesn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) CANBERRA, Aug. 22 In the first statement on the subject, the Prime Menzies, Mr R. G. Menzies, said definitely he did not accept the view that he should appoint men from outside Parliament to his Cabinet. Parliament needed the services of the best and ablest men in the nation as never before. The general election would therefore be both an opportunity and a challenge.
