Others have been moved to the shore on turntables to enable them to be fired in any direction. KING TO PRESENT D.F.C. AIRMAN’S RELATIVES (United Prees Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 21 His Majesty the King will present the late Flying-Officer (“ Cobber ”) E. J. Kain’s D.F.C. to his mother at a special audience at Buckingham Palace at a date to be fixed. This is an unusual honour, generally reserved for relatives of recipients of the Victoria Cross. Mrs Kain said: “Naturally, I am delighted."
