MOVE FROM BESSARABIA (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) BELGRADE, Aug. 21 Ninety thousand Germans from Bessarabia and North Bukovina are being transferred to Germany. It is believed that Russia has notified Germany that the evacuation should be concluded before the end of September.
