GREAT EXPANSION MADE FLEET OF TORPEDO BOATS (United Press Assn. —Mec. Tel. Copyright) OTTAWA, Aug. 20 The Naval Ministry announced that it has placed orders for a fleet of motor-boats similar to the German E-boats, capable of 50 knots per hour, which could be used on both coasts. It also revealed that the Navy is six times greater than last year. At present it comprises 113 vessels, with 95 additional keels laid.
