DIED OF WOUNDS
AMERICAN AIR OFFICER SERVICE WITH BRITAIN (Ofilcial Wireless) (Received Aug. 20, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 19 Pilot Officer W. Riske, the first American serving as a Royal Air Force Officer to lose his life, has died from wounds received in a fight against bombers on August 16.
