CLAIM FOR 5,000,000 DOLLARS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SARATOGA SPRINGS, Aug. 16 Francis Lederer, the film actor, said he was instituting a 5,000,000 dollar suit against the persons responsible for charges that he sympathised with communists.
