GAY GARDENS
SUNSHINE FAIRIES Golden Sprites dancing So lightly and fleet, Lighting each corner Of the dingiest street, Kissing the flowers And sipping the dew, Laughing and dancing The bright spring days through , IE here do they go to When the evening shades fall; Where do they go to When night covers all ? Where are those gay sprites Of soft golden hue, So brightly entrancing When summer is through ?
