ALLEGED MISMANAGEMENT RAILWAYMEN’S CHARGES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received August 16, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, August 15 Complaining of gross mismanagement of internment camps by the military authorities, Mr John Marchbank, general secretary of the National Union of Railwaymen, in an article in the Railway Review, declares that Mr Anthony Eden should be thoroughly ashamed of the people whom he is supposed to control and ashamed of himself for playing Himmler’s role, even passively, with Etonian distaste.
