AMERICAN PILOTS
SERVICE FOR BRITAIN FLIGHTS OF BOMBERS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 15 Britain is to recruit American civilian pilots to fly bombers across the Atlantic from Canada. The plan takes two forms. Firstly 100 expert navigators are required, and secondly, skilled pilots for ferrying work. The Americans, it is stated, will relieve British airmen from the duties of ferrying work.
