SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT REGULAR SERVICE PROVIDED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday The Postmaster-General, the Hon. P. C. Webb, said that information received indicated that a shipping arrangement was operating to provide a regular service to Egypt. He understood that several outstanding despatches had now reached the troops. Regarding mails from Egypt, Mr Webb said that mails were received by sea on June 10. A long interval elapsed to August 6, when letters posted in Egypt between May 1 and June 3 were received.
