CASE OF CAPTAIN RAMSAY EXAMINATION OF WITNESSES COMMITTEE OF PRIVILEGES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlfrtit) LONDON, Aug. 13 The Committee of Privileges which has been ordered by the House of Commons to report whether the arrest of Captain Ramsay, M.P. for Peebles, under the Defence Regulations 18b is a breach of Parliamentary privilege, held a second sitting on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Mr C. R. Attlee. Sir Gilbert Campion, clerk of the House of Commons, and Mr P. Allen, assistant-Private Secretary to Sir John Anderson, were examined.

No decision has been taken by the committee as to whether Captain Ramsay will be appearing before it.
