REFINING OF USED OIL. 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that j pursuant to the provisions of the Industry Licensing (Used Oil Refining) Notice, 1940, all persons who are engaged as principals in the industry of the refining of used oil are rei quired to obtain licenses from the Bureau of Industry to continue carrying on the industry as from August 22, 1940. Applications in writing ! should be forwarded to the under- ' signed forthwith. ' The industry covered by the above J notice is defined therein as follows: 1 The treatment of used lubricating or I transformer oil in any way with the 1 object of its purification for use as lubricant or in transformers or for other purposes.—G.
