Copyrig-fct) TOKIO, August 13 The Japanese Government moved closer to the Nazi system with the Cabinet’s decision to expand the existing Cabinet Information Bureau by absorbing the Foreign Office, War and Navy Information Bureaux, to unify propaganda. The Chief Secretary to the Cabinet, Mr Kenji Tomita, said the purpose of the move was “the attainment of unified and quick publicity services.” However, the vernacular newspapers have interpreted it as a link in the establishment of a new political structure which is regarded as a single-party system.
