FRENCH GOVERNMENT'S ORDER EXCLUSION OF BRITONS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrisnt) LONDON, August 11 The Sunday Times says the Vichy Government has ordered Syria to close its frontiers to all combatant subjects of military age, also to refuse exit permits to Britons. This decision means the breaking of the link between Turkey and Palestine and the exclusion of Britons from Taurus, where the railway enters Syria.
